We understand that investing in your financial education is a big decision, so we offer the flexibility of two monthly payments to make it more manageable for you. We also have a monthly payment option as well! This way, you can spread out the cost while still gaining access to all the valuable content and resources that the course has to offer.

Yes! Even the beginner investor can benefit  because the strategies that are discussed are for beginner, intermediate, and advanced investor levels.

We will have office hours during the following times:

• First Monday at 9:00AM CST
• Second Tuesday at 12:00 PM CST
• Third Wednesday at 3:00PM CST
• Fourth Thursday at 5:00 PM CST

This does not include tax preparation, however it will give you priority access for tax preparation services at my tax prep firm!

Your membership ends 365 days from your purchase.

We can prepare federal and state tax returns of virtually every type. Most common returns include:

• Individual returns: Form 1040
• Partnership returns: Form 1065
• S-Corp returns: Form 1120
• State returns across all 50 states.

We truly believe that every real estate investor should have a Tax Plan in place. It's the actions you take throughout the year, sometimes years in advance, that will impact the results of your tax return. 

That is why we strongly encourage real estate investors to go through one of our tax planning services prior to onboarding for tax preparation services. 

Tax preparation minimum is $4,000 for clients without an active Tax Strategy Package.

For tax strategy clients tax preparation starts at $2,000.

We are a 100% virtual organization with members across the United States.  

You can engage our firm at any time, however, we may not be able to file on time depending on when you engage us. 

We are always taking on new clients. Our recruiting efforts allow us to grow our team of expert real estate tax preparers to support our clients with unparalleled tax preparation services. 

We do provide audit support for an additional hourly fee.
